Application

The BAF 2'' is made from a unique roll formed baffle, designed to prevent flames from penetrating through the filter into the duck work. Two layers of equally spaced baffles create on air flow, which gives unsurpassed performance in efficient grease removal --- smooth baffles surfaces cause a continuous run-off, allowing grease to be safety deposited in collection troughs. It is used as commercial kitchen cooker hood to filter grease and make the aire clean.
